These terms govern the use of Tesify, an AI academic writing assistant. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

Tesify helps you structure, draft, cite and review academic work. The tool supports your work: authorship of and responsibility for the final content are yours.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tesify in accordance with your institution’s academic integrity rules. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Content ownership

The content you create belongs to you. We grant you a licence to use the software to produce your work.

5. Payments and right of withdrawal

The free plan does not require a card. Paid plans, where applicable, are charged as stated at the time of purchase. Consumers resident in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable. If you are contracting from Nigeria, the rights granted to consumers by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 and other applicable Nigerian consumer protection legislation continue to apply.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific academic results; the final review of your work is always your responsibility.
